Support Worker Seacroft, Leeds Mental Health Rehabilitation Service Full time, 38.5 Hours a week, Days Only £23,712.00 per annum / £12 per hour £15 overtime Active Pathways are looking for a Daytime Support Worker to join Millcroft House, our Step-Down Residential Rehabilitation service located in Seacroft, Leeds. This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated Support Worker eager to positively impact the lives of the clients in their care. The role involves working from 8am to 8pm on a rotating two-week rota: Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Saturday, Sunday Week 2: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday We are looking for Support Workers who have a passion for making a difference to peoples lives, you will be developing and sustaining trusting relations and offering guidance and support to the residents within your care. You will be instrumental in helping service users to live full, happy and healthy lives, developing independent living skills and supporting people in achieving their own life goals.
