Key Responsibilities
* Guest Experience: Ensure that all guests receive a personalized experience, with their preferences and requests met where possible.
* Team Leadership: Lead and motivate the Front Office team to deliver exceptional service and meet performance targets.
* Communication: Develop and maintain strong relationships with guests, colleagues, and external partners to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
* Problem-Solving: Proactively identify and resolve guest complaints and concerns, ensuring a positive outcome for all parties involved.
* Administration: Manage and maintain accurate records, reports, and databases to ensure efficient operation of the Front Office.
Requirements
* A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
* Excellent English, both verbal and written.
* Excellent presentation and customer relationship skills.
* Energetic and passionate to work.
