Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Commercial Claims Specialist to join our team at a leading insurance company. As a Senior Commercial Claims Specialist, you will be responsible for handling commercial claims, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring that all claims are handled efficiently and effectively.
About the Role
The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in claims handling, with a strong understanding of commercial insurance policies. You will be confident in your ability to handle complex claims, communicate effectively with clients and brokers, and work independently as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities
* Handle commercial claims from initial reporting to closure
* Communicate with clients and brokers to ensure their needs are met
* Work with underwriters to determine claim outcomes
* Ensure all claims are handled in line with company procedures
* Provide regular updates to clients on the progress of their claims
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve claims quickly and efficiently
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* 2+ years of experience in claims handling
* Strong knowledge of commercial insurance policies
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Cert CII or equivalent
