My client is seeking a PART-TIME learning and development officer to join their growing HR team and support in developing e-learning and programme training across their wide retail business. The salary is the FULL TIME equivalent - so you will be earning about £22k per annum + a car allowance on top of this.
You will be working ideally a 24 hour week which can be spread across 3 days (9-5) or 4 or 5 days with shorter working days.
You will be ideally bringing to the table some good working experience (ideally in HR / office management / marketing / Learning and development) to be competent in rolling out new courses / development plans / e-learning solutions and much more. You will organise events, online copy and social media campaigns (internally) to raise awareness. Someone with good design skills would be great - ideally within L+D but perhaps if you're a whizz at building websites and are comfortable from a technical perspective then this would work.
Some of the training and development will be for their Head Office staff and others will be for the retailers, warehouse ops and so on - so a wide breadth of opportunity. You need to be in the office once a week - this is not a remote role.
This will NOT be a full time position at this stage.
