Mechanical Partners is looking for an experienced Site Superintendent to oversee construction activities on-site. This role is crucial in ensuring that projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.
Salary - Negotiable, excellent salary on offer.
Location: Site-based at Bacton Gas Terminal, Norwich. Must also be willing to travel to other locations.
Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00am - 5:30pm (50 hours per week).
The Role
As a Site Superintendent, you will:
✔ Ensure full compliance with CDM 2015 Regulations and promote a strong health & safety culture.
✔ Oversee Temporary Works Coordination, ensuring all designs, approvals, and installations meet required standards.
✔ Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams to maintain project timelines and budgets.
✔ Conduct daily briefings, toolbox talks, and site inspections to ensure safety and efficiency.
✔ Act as the key point of contact between site teams, project management, designers, and external stakeholders.
What We're Looking For
✅ 10+ years of experience in construction site management, preferably in the petrochemical or gas sector.
✅ Strong knowledge of CDM 2015 Regulations and Temporary Works Coordination (BS 5975).
✅ Mechanical pipework and civils background beneficial.
✅ Proven leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
✅ Ability to work under pressure while maintaining high safety and quality standards.

Full UK Driving Licence
