Description
I am currently recruiting for a client based in the Preston area who is looking for a Marketing Coordinator. This is a permanent position working a 37.5-hour week. This reputable service company is experiencing steady growth and is looking to expand its team. This pivotal position would suit someone who is hands-on, has a keen eye for detail, and enjoys sharing ideas. The key responsibilities are as follows:
* Gain a clear understanding of the business - services and products.
* Communicate with clients, the public, and media outlets.
* Identify the organization’s strengths and weaknesses, and respond to opportunities.
* Set goals for growth in conjunction with the management team.
* Develop and implement appropriate strategies for target markets to promote the accounting products and services of the business.
* Evaluate the business marketing strategies.
* Build strong relationships with potential new clients and colleagues.
* Work within the marketing strategy to create a framework/plan and carry out all marketing activities, including promotion and brand development.
* Provide marketing support as required.
Experience Required
* Degree in Marketing or Business of 2:1 classification or above is highly desirable.
* Proven experience in a professional office environment.
* Knowledge of lead generation methodologies.
* Skills in database management and email software.
* Proven experience with office software such as Microsoft Office.
* Sound knowledge of general administration processes.
