What you’ll do
As Change Management Engagement Specialist you will ensure engagement and communication across our Digital & IT community. You will work closely with the Business Manager and the Senior Leadership team to provide effective and engaging communication to our UK employees as well as offshore and 3rd parties. You will act as a consultant to ensure all communication aligns to our Spirit behaviours and our objectives to be #1 for customer experience, ultimately impacting Vodafone’s UK’s performance.
1. You will work with stakeholders, including Leadership and Change & Transformation Managers to create best-in-class communication and engagement activities.
2. You will prepare detailed briefing packs to support the reinvention and system integration journey.
3. You will provide regular and timely progress updates to key stakeholders.
4. You will represent the Communication and Capability team in key meetings with stakeholders to ensure cross-functional alignment and consistency.
5. You will strengthen relationships with offshore and third parties, acting as a liaison to ensure seamless communication across teams.
6. You will collaborate with stakeholders to evaluate the effectiveness of communication interventions, using feedback, data, and metrics like training completion rates, readership, and engagement statistics.
7. You will foster an inclusive and dynamic team culture that supports change adoption and transformation goals.
8. You will develop and execute strategies to improve Digital & IT's performance in the Spirit survey, analysing results and implementing targeted engagement strategies.
Who you are
1. You will have the ability to engage, communicate with and influence senior leaders and key stakeholders.
2. You will have strong administrative skills including advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
3. You will have clear, creative, professional and positive verbal and written communication.
4. You will be proficient in using a variety of communication methods and software (written, video, animation etc).
5. You will have previous experience in transformation, change management, or communication roles within a technology-driven environment.
6. You will have experience planning and executing employee engagement initiatives, including survey analysis and action planning.
7. You will have strong task management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
8. You will have the ability to tailor communication to different audiences and platforms for maximum impact.
