Greater Lincolnshire Integrated Sexual Health Services (G-LiSH) have an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced clinician to join our Lincolnshire (LiSH) Countywide service as a senior NMC registered practitioner.
LiSH provides services to a range of patients requiring sexual health and contraceptive needs.
We are looking for one part-time Sexual Health Practitioner, 30 hours a week.
You will be required to work as part of a multi-disciplinary/multi-agency professional team, offering STI testing and contraceptive provision to clients of all ages and from a diverse range of communities and backgrounds.
To qualify for Band 6, you must be able to demonstrate a recognised qualification and recent experience in contraception and sexual health/GUM; however, we will consider a candidate that does not have one and requires further training.
Please note this position will not commence before May 2025.
Main duties of the job
The successful candidate will have achieved a portfolio of competences to provide autonomous care within LiSH.
FSRH Letter of Competence SDI and BASHH qualifications are desirable.
We are looking for an individual who can evidence relevant experience in a sexual health/contraception role with associated skills and knowledge.
There will be an expectation to travel and cover clinics when needed; therefore, the ability to travel is essential. Lincolnshire Community Health Services support travel costs from the successful candidate's base.

* Support B5 nurses, medical and nursing students, trainee GP's.
* Provide clinical supervision, 1:1's, appraisals, Link nurse role.
* Contribute to teaching sessions and provide health promotion activity.
* Take part in audit and incident investigations.
* Qualified practitioners will provide telephone and face-to-face contact, physical examinations, treatments, LARC, microscopy, cryotherapy, results management, contact tracing, referral management, triage services.
