Are you a passionate and dedicated Teaching Assistant with experience supporting Key Stage 2 children? We are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled KS2 Teaching Assistant to join our vibrant school community. Key Responsibilities:
* Support the class teacher in delivering high-quality education to KS2 students.
* Provide one-on-one or small group support for children who need additional help.
* Assist with planning, preparing, and delivering learning activities.
* Help children develop their academic, social, and emotional skills.
* Monitor and track the progress of individual students, providing feedback as necessary.
* Work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and other staff members.
You will have:
* Proven experience working as a Teaching Assistant, particularly with KS2 pupils.
* A strong understanding of the primary school curriculum and child development.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with children.
* Patience, flexibility, and a genuine passion for helping children succeed.
* A proactive and reliable approach to supporting the classroom environment.
* Relevant qualifications (e.g. Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification, or equivalent).
