Job Summary and key responsibilities Key Responsibilities: To effectively complete the Bank Reconciliation processes across client account letting functions. Support Client Accounts through daily reconciliation following import team completion of tasks. Investigation and resolving discrepancies promptly. Understanding of impact of compliance and audit expectations to support the wider teams. Support management through identifying potential improvements/opportunities for department. Providing an inquisitive approach to identify and resolve recurring issues. Work collaboratively with Client Accounts colleagues to share feedback and improvements. Ensure the daily and monthly processes are completed in a timely manner to support onward workload to other departments. Daily tasks include: Daily reconciliation of all Lettings Client Bank Accounts. Work in an collaborative and organised manner to support colleagues and wider team. Ad Hoc tasks including: Reporting to manager and supporting Month End reporting schedule. Assisting with ensuring all processes are compliant and issues are resolved within the month of process. Provide feedback on improvements and support manager with Board Report collation. What are we looking for: Essential: Exceptional communication skills.
