Wirral Leaving Care Service is looking for a dynamic individual who would be genuinely passionate about the welfare of our Care Leavers aged 16 - 25; and who will go the extra mile to ensure our young people are safe and achieve their full potential in all respects.
Applicants should have experience of working with the 16 - 25 age group and have a relevant qualification at A-Level or higher. Wirral Leaving Care Service was the subject of an Ofsted focused visit in 2024 and has made considerable progress. We are determined to continue to make further progress and improve the support we offer to our young people.
This is an exciting period when Personal Advisors will continue to work with their own individual caseload of young people aged 16 to 25; but also develop, support, participate in and lead project work with groups of young people and other professionals.
This role isn't for the faint hearted but if you really care about the welfare of young people, it may be exactly what you are looking for. It can be both a really challenging and really rewarding job with no two days ever the same.
