We are looking for a Receptionist / Administrator to join our infrastructure team on the A47 - Thickthorn Junction Project Office, Norwich.
What you'll do:
* Meet and greet visitors to site in a friendly and professional manner and direct them as necessary.
* Manage the room booking system and set up meetings for the team.
* Prepare refreshments for those booked in the meeting room if requested and ensure meeting rooms are prepared ready for subsequent meetings.
* Maintain stock to an efficient and economic level.
* Send, receive, and distribute deliveries/paperwork.
* Monitor the EV chargers and ensure they are utilized efficiently.
What you'll bring to the role:
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
* A strong work ethic, positive attitude, and the ability to preserve confidentiality.
* Good time management skills.
