This hybrid role will be based in our Covent Garden head office. 3 days in the office or on site at our properties. 2 days from home based on the business needs.

Who you will be collaborating with!
You will be joining a small, highly skilled, and motivated team, reporting directly to the Senior HR Manager at LRM. This role provides excellent learning and development opportunities, along with the chance to make a meaningful impact from the outset!
At LRM Prime, we prioritise customer and colleague experience, trust, integrity, and professionalism. Beyond the immediate team, you will play a role in supporting a diverse, multi-national workforce of 300 professionals across various disciplines.

What you will be doing!
* Play a key role in seamlessly managing HR operations across designated properties, empowering Directors, managers, and their teams to thrive.
* Partner with businesses to achieve their goals by providing proactive and impactful HR support.
* Drive the planning, development, execution, and assessment of innovative HR projects, policies, and procedures.
* Guide and support managers in navigating complex employee relations, fostering positive workplace solutions.
* Champion best practices in every facet of HR to enhance organisational performance and culture.
* Streamline the onboarding process and oversee the entire employee journey, ensuring an exceptional experience from start to finish.
* Oversee and optimise the IHASCO training platform to foster a culture of continuous learning and compliance.
Skills and attributes for success
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, to effectively support day-to-day operations.
* Strong understanding of HR procedures, tools, and systems, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.
* Highly organised and proactive, with a results-driven mindset to handle tasks with efficiency and precision.
* Skilled at balancing diverse priorities and adapting to changing needs to deliver optimal business outcomes.
* Fluent in spoken and written English, enabling clear and professional communication at all levels.
* Outstanding communication skills, paired with the ability to handle sensitive information with utmost discretion and confidentiality.
