Allstaff Office Division are seeking a Temporary Administrator to work with various key clients based around the Glasgow and Renfrewshire area.
Temporary work would suit people who are looking to get into work quickly and could involve:
* Covering short or long-term assignments
* Ad hoc basis assignments
* Seasonal work
* Temporary to permanent employment opportunities
Typical roles available include (but are not limited to):
* General reception administration
* Accounts Administration
* Data processing
We are keen to talk to candidates who have:
* Experience with Microsoft packages (including Excel and Word)
* Familiarity with ERP, MRP, or CRM systems (such as SAP), or would feel confident in picking up a new system with training
* Great attention to detail and accurate data input
Hours of work will depend on the assignment but are usually between 8am-5.30pm, and the pay rate will be between £12.50 – £15 per hour depending on the role.
