This role is central to driving agile delivery within a multidisciplinary environment, facilitating collaboration between business stakeholders, product owners, development teams, and support services. As a Scrum Master, you will take ownership of the agile framework and practices, enabling the successful delivery of strategic milestones. You'll support a cross-functional team that includes both internal and external delivery partners, ensuring coordination and alignment across all project participants. Key Responsibilities Guide and mentor teams in Agile principles and methodologies. Facilitate sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives to drive continuous improvement. Manage and support a Scrum team composed of consortium partners and stakeholders. Assist the product owner in maintaining a well-organized backlog aligned with sprint objectives. Cultivate a positive and productive development environment that encourages creativity and teamwork. Foster a culture of transparency, allowing challenges to be addressed constructively and efficiently. Remove obstacles that could hinder team progress and performance. Act as a bridge between product teams, stakeholders, and the wider organisation to ensure smooth delivery. Advocate for Agile best practices and ensure adherence to key principles. Drive efficiency and collaboration within DevOps teams to enhance service delivery. Key Requirements: Certified Scrum Master or extensive Agile project management experience. Proven experience leading Agile teams and implementing Scrum methodologies. Strong understanding of Agile frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban. Background in software development practices and service-oriented environments. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Already SC cleared or Eligibility to obtain Security Clearance (SC).
