For the successful Customer Service Executive our client is offering:
Salary £25,000 p/annum
Monday to Friday
Permanent

The role - Customer Service Executive
Responsible for managing inbound and outbound enquiries
Assisting customers with their information requests about cyber security training courses
Liaise to customers with fluent EU language skills
Correspond with customers via email and live chat in their native language about course information and costs
Ensure excellent customer service during each contact.
What our client is looking for in a Customer Service Executive
European Language Skill: Italian, Dutch, German, or French - ESSENTIAL
Previous Customer Service Experience gained from office environment - DESIREABLE
Knowledge of IT / Cyber Security - DESIREABLE
Key skills or similar Job titles: Customer Service, French Language, Service
