Role Responsibility
* To provide excellent service to internal clients and guests alike, carrying out all duties to the highest of standards.
* Warmly greet all guests/ visitors with a smile.
* Take ownership of the ground floor / welcome area within the building, consistently look for ways to make the guest or client experiences memorable.
* To be flexible in their approach.
* To have (once trained) a full understanding of the relevant booking systems and technology used on site to support with the guest journey.
* To be ‘hands on’ in approach and proactive.
* Actively seeks opportunities to improve efficiencies and enhance the overall business environment.
* Welcome and escort guests to meeting rooms/their desired location.
* Always look for opportunities to develop our service and innovations.
* Proactively deal with enquiries and requests in person, via the telephone or email, in a timely and professional manner.
