We are looking for a RecruitmentAdministrator to help us recruit the teams who make the difference,every day, in our schools and children’shomes.
Get out whatyou put in
We arelooking for an Administrator to join our friendly, hardworking anddedicated Recruitment team, based at our beautiful location inLupton. You will support our Children’s Homes, Schools andTherapeutic Teams with their administration,including:
* Posting jobadverts and arranginginterviews
* Supporting hiringmanagers with recruitmentadministration
* Using our inhouse IT systems such as our Applicant Tracking System(ATS)
* Work closely withdepartment managers to ensurecompliance
* Handlingenquiries from candidates and colleagues, providing a greatall-round administrativeservice
Youwill also make sure that our staff are recruited in line with saferrecruitment practices, which is crucial to the safeguarding of ourchildren and youngpeople.
