The Role
This is a face-to-face role and will require extensive, frequent travel to visit clients onsite. This will be mainly UK-wide but may also involve some international travel
The NetSuite Solutions Quality Consultant is a key role in ensuring the NoBlue2 Account Management team is properly supported by the delivery team throughout the account management engagements with customers.
The Solutions Quality Consultant’s industry experience and NetSuite expertise will prove vital to utilise and optimise their investment in NetSuite, install NoBlue2 as their partner of choice to define and deliver their system roadmap, remove pain points, identify improvement areas and properly scope out customer requirements to recommend viable solutions, translate these into cost estimates and programmes of work.
Ensuring that NetSuite best practice is applied wherever possible and identifying the correct route through 3rd parties, standard NetSuite or customisation to solve other elements required by customers.
Main tasks, duties and responsibilities
* Build customer relationships: develop close, long-term relationships with customers and work to build loyalty.
* Provide support: offer personalized support and ongoing assistance to customers. They can also provide technical product support and training.
* Solve issues: proactively solve customer issues and act immediately to prevent problems from becoming complaints.
* Increase retention: work to increase customer retention and reduce customer churn.
* Generate excitement for new or developing products.
* Facilitate demos and training to help customers implement new products
* Deliver client health checks (on site and/or remote) leading to a clearly defined and agreed system roadmap with recommendations for optimising their NetSuite / system landscape.
* Requirements gathering and understanding Client business process for both new business and existing clients.
* Prepare and assist in NetSuite demonstrations as needed.
* Coordinate work between the functional, technical, and sales teams, as well as the client, to ensure the successful delivery of projects
* Assist in creating Request for Proposal (RFP) responses and Statement of Works (SOWs).
* Preparation of implementation estimates based on customer requirements.
* Work with Sales and the Delivery Teams to determine best approach to Professional Service offerings based on prospect and scope.
* Perform research on NetSuite functionalities and know how it can enhance NetSuite positioning.
* Assist & jointly execute a kick-off/hand-over meeting upon successful win to the project team.
* To keep up to date with the latest changes, new versions or new functions/modules introduced in NetSuite.
* Work closely with the Account Management team to ensure customer requirements are fulfilled with or without integration or customisation.
* Contributing to organisational best practices.
* Any other duties as and when assigned from time to time.
Skills / Qualifications requirements
Essential: –
* Strong financial acumen, such as a Qualified Accountant or experience in a Client-side Finance role using NetSuite
* Experience of performing NetSuite health checks across all areas of the system (L2Q, O2C, P2P, D2B, R2R) and across multiple business verticals in a consulting environment.
* Experience of capturing and documenting customer needs and playing this back via the demo process.
* Experience in translating customer requirements into a solution design and cost estimates.
* Experience of working in account management, pre-sales or consulting with the NetSuite ERP product.
* History of presenting to C-Level.
* Write and review functional proposal content/system roadmaps.
* Able to work to deadlines to align to amount management and delivery cycles.
* A highly self-motivated and proactive approach to business.
* IT industry knowledge.
* Finance and business process knowledge.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Desirable: –
* Knowledge of 3rd party NetSuite ‘Add Ons’.
