The Dual Registered Manager will receive:
* Annual salary of £67.5K to £72.5K for dual registration

The Role:
The Dual Registered Manager will be responsible for:
* Overseeing the operations of a 4-bed EBD home in Redditch and a 3-bed EBD home in South Birmingham
* Ensuring compliance with Ofsted standards and maintaining current GOOD grading
* Leading and supporting a team of Deputy Managers and care staff
* Managing budgets and resources effectively
* Developing and implementing care plans tailored to the needs of children aged 8 to 16
The Candidate:
The ideal Dual Registered Manager will have:
* Proven experience as a Registered Manager within an Ofsted-regulated home
* Strong leadership and team management skills
* Ability to manage dual registration effectively
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
