You’ll be at the heart of our Incident Management Process, ensuring IT Incident SLAs are managed and maintained.
Imagine a role where you can build excellent working relationships with resolver groups and champion an SLA culture. You’ll lead Virtual Incident Management (VIM) team chats, fostering effective communication and teamwork. You’ll also escalate and manage incidents to ensure timely resolutions, representing the voice of the customer and ensuring their needs are met with excellence.
We are looking for someone who has strong communication skills, both written and verbal. You should be organised, work well with data, and be customer-focused, capable of managing challenging incidents. Your ability to drive and influence teams to resolve incidents effectively is crucial. Understanding ITIL best practices and being able to work independently or in a team will set you apart.
