About the role: As a Senior Growth Account Manager at YunoJuno, you will be instrumental in driving business growth by nurturing existing client relationships and acquiring new clients. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, where no two days are the same. The role demands someone who thrives in a high-growth, high-change environment and who can wear multiple hats to help the company achieve its goals. You will be responsible for acquiring new clients, growing a small portfolio of accounts, and providing a consultative sales approach.
* Client Acquisition & Growth: Identify and pursue new leads, managing the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing. You will inherit 1-5 key accounts to grow and nurture, ensuring ongoing success and expansion.
* Relationship Building: Develop strong, long-term relationships with senior stakeholders across various industries. You will be a trusted partner, offering strategic advice that aligns with their goals and needs, rather than just selling a product.
* Sales & Account Management: Treat every sale as a unique opportunity. Manage the sales process and client relationship with a solutions-focused approach—this is not a subscription model, but rather a solutions-based sales cycle. Work closely with internal teams to deliver the right solution at every stage.
* Product & Service Expertise: Leverage deep knowledge of YunoJuno’s product and service offerings to communicate effectively with clients. While selling the technology, recognise that your role is to offer a complete solution to your clients.
* Workshops & Stakeholder Engagement: Prepare and deliver tailored workshops and presentations to clients. Manage stakeholder expectations, ensuring that clients’ needs are met while fostering a collaborative, transparent relationship.
* Independent Growth Strategy: Create and implement your own account plans. You will have the autonomy to devise strategies to identify opportunities, set goals, and achieve growth targets with minimal support.
* Test & Learn Mindset: Demonstrate mental agility and an experimental approach to sales tactics. Adapt quickly, using data and insights to refine your methods and move at pace, even without a fixed structure.
* Project Management & Reporting: Maintain a high level of project management, managing multiple accounts and leads simultaneously. Analyse data to generate actionable insights for clients, ensuring both internal and external stakeholders are aligned.
* Client Relationship & Portfolio Growth: You will be laser-focused on growing client relationships, proactively engaging with existing users and freelancers to obtain new briefs and unearth new stakeholders. Your aim will be to continuously develop client relationships and grow your portfolio's revenue month on month.
* Multichannel Approach: Utilise a multichannel strategy to reach new users and stakeholders through in-person meetings, phone calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
* Collaboration & Visibility: Document your progress using our internal CRM system, and provide regular updates on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis. You will collaborate closely with the internal talent and compliance teams to close client briefs and address compliance challenges.
Requirements:
* Resilience & Adaptability: The ideal candidate thrives in environments where not all tools are set up, where processes are still evolving, and where they can handle ambiguity with a positive attitude and determination.
* Sales Experience: Proven experience in sales, ideally in a solutions-based or consultative selling environment. A strong desire to pursue new leads and close deals.
* Consultative Mindset: Ability to approach sales from a consultative perspective, focusing on delivering value rather than transactional interactions. You will be a true partner, not just a troubleshooter.
* Strong Communication Skills: Comfortable engaging with senior-level stakeholders. Transparent, direct, and collaborative, with a no-politics approach.
* Self-Starter: Highly motivated and able to work independently, crafting your own outreach strategies and account plans.
* Analytical Skills: Comfortable working with data (small data sets, basic formulas), converting that data into actionable insights for clients and internal teams.
* Growth-Oriented: Motivated to accelerate your career in a rapidly growing company. Willing to wear many hats and pivot between different tasks and responsibilities as needed.
