The Role With the support of our Smart Home Team, you will be working independently, attending customers' properties to replace various Smart Home products under warranty. You will be expected to deliver a high degree of professionalism and customer service. This role requires a lot of driving as you will be required to cover a wide range of areas. Full training and support will be provided for this role. What you’ll do Attend customers' properties to replace faulty smart thermostats. Submitting paperwork is easy. Using our bespoke Boxt app. Be the face of BOXT to our customers. Deliver excellent customer service. Travel to different locations Who you are Excellent Customers service skills Full clean drivers’ licence Experience in the construction Industry is preferable.
