We are recruiting for a DAYS based electrical bias maintenance engineer, based in Liverpool.Salary GBP 45 plus very attractive additional earning potential.This is a permanent role with a market leader.
Job Summary:Due to a huge workload increase and an on:going plant expansion project, a highly reputable process related organisation in Liverpool is seeking a skilled and experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer on days.The electrical maintenance engineer will be responsible for the maintenance of all plant and facility assets and associated infrastructure.
Typical duties and responsibilities:Provide site EC and I maintenance support on a days basis.Safe isolations of electrical and instrumentation equipment.Overhaul and testing of the sites EC and I equipmentInspection, testing and service of all site electrical equipmentFixed wiring defect repair of all site electrical equipment.Fault diagnosis and resolution of EC and I problems across site.Calibration of site instrumentation equipment.Installation and commissioning of minor EC and I projects.Root cause and Continuous Improvement of site assets.
In order to be successfulRecognised apprenticeship in relevant discipline (Electrical and Electronics Engineering)Experience of working within an industrial,continuous process or production facility.Knowledge of working with CMMS software applicationsDetailed knowledge of preventative, predictive and lifecycle maintenance activities.PLC/ HMI/ SCADA UnderstandingCompEX QualificationInstrumentation experience
