An exciting opportunity has become available to join our dynamic Client Services team as an Account Manager, serving as the primary point of contact for our clients here at Paragon.
Based at our Dagenham site, the ideal candidate will have a strong background in client relationship management to fulfil the purpose of the role ensuring exceptional service, timely delivery of projects, and high-quality standards in all aspects of print and direct mail production.
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am - 5:30pm (1 hour break)
Key Responsibilities
* Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients. Act as the primary contact for all inquiries, concerns, and project updates.
* Project Coordination: Oversee the full project lifecycle for print and direct mail campaigns, from initial concept to final delivery. This includes managing timelines, budgets, and quality control.
* Quote and Proposal Creation: Prepare detailed quotes where required with support from commercial team members, ensuring that all client needs are met within budgetary constraints.
* Order Management: Process and track client orders, ensuring accurate and timely delivery. Collaborate with internal teams, including production, data processing, postage, and logistics, to meet client expectations.
