Within the Care in the Home division, we support children and young people with complex health needs to live at home with their families.
We'd like you to join us as a Support Worker to support our brand new client at his family home in Hastings.
When you'll be working:
* Weekends only
* Saturday and Sunday day shifts (10 hours long - shift times to be confirmed but likely 8am-6pm / 9am-7pm)
* 1 week: Saturdays and Sundays, 2nd week: Sundays only. And continues to alternate like that
* 20 hours one week / 10 hours the following week
* Part Time
What you'll be doing:
This role is to support a 15-year-old teenage boy with complex health needs in his family home at the weekends.
Our client lives at home with his family and attends school during the week.
All shifts will be double ups, so there will always be two support workers on shift together.
Full training, shadow shifts, and ongoing support will be provided.
