As HR Manager, you will play a critical role in fostering a productive and positive work environment. You'll oversee recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and ensure that HR strategies align with the organisation's broader objectives. This position is pivotal in supporting a culture that values collaboration, high performance, and employee well-being.
To be considered for the role, you’ll require the following essentials:
* Proven experience as an HR Manager, ideally in a multi-site environment
* Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels
* A results-driven approach, with experience implementing HR strategies
* In-depth knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
* Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
* A degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred
Within this position, you’ll also be:
* Acting as a trusted advisor to management and employees, addressing workplace concerns and grievances
* Leading and enhancing recruitment processes to attract top talent
* Designing and implementing HR strategies that align with business goals
* Managing the performance appraisal system to drive engagement and results
* Overseeing compensation, benefits, and payroll processes
* Developing training programs to support employee growth and skill development
* Providing HR metrics and data to support management decision-making
* Ensuring compliance with all employment laws and regulations
Salary & Working Hours
Salary is GBP50,000 per annum
Working Hours are Full Time, Monday - Friday
