We are looking to recruit an experienced Accounts Assistant to assist the Finance Director based on site on a temp to perm basis.
Duties to include:
* Process sales and purchase invoices
* Credit control
* Deal with supplier payments and statement reconciliations
* Bank reconciliations
* Process expenses / credit card transactions
* Prepare and post Accounts Payable payments
* Assist Financial Accountant with month-end routines
* Payroll, including RTI on a monthly basis
* Completion of VAT Returns
* Payments by BACS, CHAPS, Cheque, Direct Debit and Standing Orders
* Matching invoices to delivery notes
Skills:
* Experience working for Small businesses
* Systems experience - Word, Excel, Sage
