We are seeking a seasoned Housekeeping Operations Director to lead our luxury estate in the Cotswolds. The ideal candidate will possess superb attention to detail and a deep understanding of luxury brand standards.
Main Responsibilities:
* Oversee the leadership and management of a team of housekeeping professionals.
* Ensure all safety protocols, emergency procedures, and fire prevention regulations are strictly enforced to guarantee guest and colleague safety.
* Manage the department budget and forecast, maintaining cost control throughout the division.
* Liaise with Executive Management and other departments to monitor service quality, plan unique guest experiences, and optimize SOPs and method of working to maximize guest and team satisfaction.
Key Requirements:
* Currently working as a Head Housekeeper or Housekeeping Manager in a luxury hotel setting.
* Proven leadership and motivational skills, with the ability to nurture, develop, and inspire a team.
* Highly driven and motivated individual with expertise in their field.
