* Relevant GCSE, 'A' level or graduate qualifications or equivalent
* Ability to establish positive and meaningful relationships with SEN students and teachers
* Empathetic, caring, and compassionate.
Responsibilities
* Supporting KS3-KS4 SEN learners on a 1:1, small group, and classroom basis
* Attend to students' personal needs and offer guidance on welfare matters
* Prepare materials of the quality and quantity specified by the teacher
* Protect pupils who require special education by providing them with specific assistance
* Support behaviour management at the beginning and end of lessons and during lesson transfer
* Support the delivery of high-quality, challenging, and differentiated educational activities and sensory experiences
* Contribute to the delivery of high-quality, challenging, and tailored educational activities aligned with a diverse and comprehensive curriculum
* Help children to reach their full potential across all learning domains
