JOB DESCRIPTION CPC AND TACHO WILL BE REQUIRED FOR THIS ROLE
Pay Rate: £34, + £ London Living Allowance
Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)
Shift patterns: Any 5 out of 7, start times vary between 5am to 7am
Location: Croydon
DHL, award winning leading supply chain business is seeking a Driver to play a vital role in our distribution service.
WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL?
As part of your normal duties, whilst maintaining excellent health and safety practices, you will:
1. Deliver household white goods, bedframes, sofas etc. (anything that cannot be collected from store).
2. Complete wet installations (training provided).
3. Manual handling will be required.
4. Work any 5 from 7 shifts, totaling 48 hours per week.
5. Drive in a safe and efficient manner in line with Drivers' Hours and Working Time Directive regulations.
6. Comply with health and safety standards, ensuring adherence to The Highway Code, road safety rules, and vehicle regulations.
WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?
1. Hold a valid HGV Tonne Driving Licence (C1), Driver CPC Qualification, and Digital Tachograph Card.
