Key Responsibilities of the role of the SAP Administrator: Raising purchase orders for sub-contractors and suppliers, receipting orders once services have been supplied Complete accurate and timely entry of data in Maximo Ensure that assigned asset and maintenance transactions are completed in a timely, complete and accurate manner When capable, act as a resource for some training or technical issues or troubleshooting related to Maintenance Business Systems, in particular the CMMS,RITE,INTRACK Fidelity of physical equipment movements vs CMMS transactions. Qualifications required: Proficient in using maintenance business systems such as Maximo, CMMS, SAP Organize, track, and manage certification documents, reports, and records related to equipment maintenance, inspections, and audits. Familiarity with procurement processes, including submitting and tracking shopping carts. Managing Equipment Vehicle Rental Servicing data.
