We are supporting a company based in Epping who are recruiting for an Accounts and Expenses Coordinator. Duties will include:
Managing and processing employee expense claims and timesheets
Ensure correct VAT treatment is used
Assist employees with expense and timesheet queries
Identify discrepancies in submissions and help resolve issues
Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain accurate records
Prepare and submit reports to the finance departmentTo be successful you must have experience with managing expenses and timesheets, plus knowledge of VAT regulations. You must have strong attention to detail and accuracy skills with the ability to work to deadlines. In return for your hard work you will be offered a great benefits package to include:
