Northwood, commutable from Watford, Harrow, Rickmansworth etc.
Salary (totally negotiable) - £50,000 - £55,000 per annum

Fantastic opportunity for Experienced Care Home Manager / Nursing Home Manager!

Experienced care home manager needed to join an excellent team! You will need to be a Registered Manager with a good business acumen and the passion to ensure excellent quality care every day. You will also need the ability to develop strong and effective staff teams.

You will need a strong understanding of CQC standards with good communication skills. You will also be helping the organisation in maintaining standards; therefore, good organisational skills are very important. Additionally, you will need a good track record in relationship building as this is vital to the Home Manager role.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Nursing home management experience
2. Very strong knowledge of mental health care
3. Senior Nurse experience / team leadership RGN / RMN
4. Good knowledge and understanding of CQC records
5. Good communication skills and enthusiasm
6. Management experience
7. Passionate and caring about what they do
8. Driver's license
