The Work Capability Assessment (WCA) is designed to evaluate individuals' abilities rather than their limitations, aiming to support more disabled people and those with health conditions in finding work or moving closer to the labor market. Capita delivers these assessments on behalf of the Department for Communities (DfC).

What you'll be doing:
1. Maintain accurate records of staff across all areas of the business.
2. Ensure staff are provided with the correct hardware and account software to perform their roles.
3. Place and track orders of stock for the business.
4. Engagement with suppliers and other internal teams in the business.
5. Liaising with Team Managers to ensure guidance is updated and maintained.
6. Responsible for day-to-day maintenance of the Business Management System (BMS).
What we're looking for:
1. Previous demonstrable experience in an administrative and organisational role, preferably in an office environment.
2. Experience of dealing with multiple business departments.
3. Experience of working to tight deadlines.
4. Competent in using Microsoft suites to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.
