Your responsibilities: Support the Bars Manager in managing daily bar operations within the hotel and spa, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Ensure excellent customer service by supervising the bar staff, addressing customer complaints, and stepping in to assist during busy Monitor and manage stock levels, order supplies, and reduce wastage to maintain cost efficiency. Assist in training, mentoring, and developing bar staff. Compliance and safety checks. Personal Specification: Essentials Previous experience in a supervisory role within the bar or hospitality industry. Strong knowledge of operations, including cocktail making, beer, and wine service. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Desirables Experience with large volume covers. Food Safety Training. Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to food and beverage service.
