We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our People Operations team as the Coordinator - Benefits Delivery. This role will be the subject matter expert in all the benefits we offer our employees, also providing generalist, global HR administration services and ensuring our colleagues receive outstanding support.
As the Coordinator - Benefits Delivery, you will provide clear and consistent guidance on accessing current policy information, completing key people processes, and resolving any self-service failures. You will specialise in answering queries and administering colleague benefits, such as pensions and private medical insurance, while maintaining a strong link to the Reward team.
This role reports to the Manager – People Operations Delivery and sits within the People Operations directorate. You will work closely with the People Team, third-party suppliers, and colleagues to ensure seamless HR operations and exceptional internal customer service.
Day to day
* Provide accurate and timely advice and support on HR-related queries across a range of channels (email, phone, chat).
* Specialise in answering queries and administering colleague benefits, such as pensions and private medical insurance.
* Support the transfer of benefits knowledge and skilling within the team.
* Deliver outstanding customer service and information to colleagues.
* Provide systems and administrative support to ensure smooth HR operations.
* Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and benefit compliance support.
About you
* Experience supporting colleagues with a broad range of HR and policy queries in a complex, global/matrix organisation
* Experience working within the Rewards and Benefits space.
* Knowledge of our current benefits offering
* Proven experience demonstrating your ability to communicate clearly and confidently with all types of people.
* Emotionally aware with a balanced, positive approach to difficult situations.
* Full proficiency with Word and Excel is essential. Experience with the full Microsoft 365 suite, Docusign, PowerApps, Power BI, PDF editing software, Workplace, Avature, and Oracle is an advantage.
