YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Managing all aspects of Health & Safety relevant to the business, actively promoting a safe working environment ensuring company compliance to HSE standards.
2. Establishing and maintaining Risk management and reporting.
3. Identifying continuous improvement opportunities to improve overall Health and Safety performance across the site.
4. All aspects of front of house/reception services e.g. sourcing services for vending supplies, postage, security, card entry system.
5. Manage the negotiation of maintenance contracts and keep accurate records, which will include renewal dates, terms and conditions etc. Contract monitoring to ensure valid contracts are in place.
YOUR PROFILE
1. Minimum of 3 years’ experience in facilities management and/or EH&S roles.
2. Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
3. Independent and solution-oriented working style.
4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
5. Strong commitment to integrity, compliance, and transparency ensuring adherence to rules and regulations.
Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:
1. Ability to travel within the UK.
2. Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
