Have you worked or currently working in a busy secretarial/personal assistant role? Are you looking for a new role where you can use your skills to proactively support others to ensure the best use of time and resources?
This role will suit you if you thrive on a challenge, can work at a fast pace where duties will require:
1. Candidates to be proficient in Microsoft Office, i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
2. Diary management, booking internal/external meetings, minute taking, managing emails and filtering telephone and other contacts on behalf of senior managers.
We have a vacancy to join our team of Personal Assistants. The role will provide management support to both the Director of Culture and Customer Services and Director of Revenues and Procurement.
