The Role
We are seeking a highly analytical and impact-driven Operations & Customer Experience Manager to join our team. You will work closely with our founders to lead critical day-to-day operations and play a pivotal role in scaling the business to new heights.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee demand planning, inventory management, and stock control to ensure optimal stock levels support our growth.
* Manage key relationships with 3PL providers and suppliers to ensure seamless supply chain operations.
* Manage inbound shipping and freight.
* Work closely with our finance team to optimise every aspect of our operations and maximise profitability.
* Oversee our Customer Service team and work with them to provide a first-class customer experience.
* Collaborate closely with the Founders and Head of Growth to ensure operational goals are aligned with company goals.
About You
We are looking for someone with a growth mindset, expert-level Excel skills, and a commercial acumen. You should be able to build strong relationships and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
What We Offer
