You will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for patients. Job Duties: Conducting patient assessments and developing individualised care plans Administering medications and treatments as prescribed Monitoring and recording patient vital signs Assisting with procedures and examinations Providing education and support to patients and their families Collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records Adhering to all relevant policies, procedures, and regulations Required Qualifications: 6 Mons NHS Experiance Valid registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a team environment Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills Commitment to providing compassionate and patient-centred care Education: Completion of a recognised nursing degree programme Experience: Prior experience in a clinical setting is preferred Knowledge and Skills: Understanding of nursing best practises and protocols Proficiency in using medical equipment and technology Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks effectively Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities Preferred Qualifications: Specialised training or certification in a specific area of nursing (e.g. critical care, paediatrics) Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems Working Conditions: You will be working in a fast-paced healthcare environment, which may involve long shifts and weekend rotations.
