The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, coordinating delivery schedules, and ensuring a seamless delivery experience for our clients. Key Responsibilities Customer Support: Provide exceptional customer service to German-speaking clients/customers via phone, email, and chat and other social channels. Issue Resolution: Address and resolve customer issues and complaints promptly, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback and assist in document translation.
