Location: Hybrid - minimum 2 days per week, site based in Oxfordshire
Full time, Fixed Term for 7 months
£26,500 - £27,000 Per annum (depending on experience)
We are currently recruiting for a Talent Acquisition Co-ordinator on a fixed term contract for 7 months.
What you will be doing:
1. Managing the end-to-end recruitment process including candidate generation, candidate screening, assessment and selection, stakeholder and offer management.
2. Work closely with the Campaign Lead to create and deliver proactive and innovative sourcing strategies as appropriate.
3. Deliver an outstanding candidate experience, including swift feedback and timely offer generations.
4. Become a trusted recruitment source for hiring managers, building excellent relationships.
5. Take a proactive approach to visiting Site, job fairs and assessment centres, becoming a visible point of contact.
6. Take a hands-on approach to recruitment projects and initiatives.
What you'll need to do the role:
1. Experience within a recruitment environment, either in-house, RPO or recruitment agency.
2. Strong communication and influencing skills.
3. Ability to deliver to tight timescales in a fast-paced recruitment environment.
4. A proactive approach to recruitment with solid attention to detail.
5. Demonstrable experience at building strong relationships with hiring managers.
6. Motivation and passion about delivering an excellent candidate and hiring manager experience.
7. Effective systems experience with exposure to applicant tracking systems.
8. Ability to travel to contract sites, job fairs and assessment centres.
