Contract Director – Southwest England – up to £70k – Catering and Soft FM
This is a fantastic opportunity to join an established Soft FM provider to oversee a large contract in Southwest England with a focus on Catering and Cleaning.
About the role:
It will be the Contract Directors responsibility to oversee day to day operations including catering & cleaning across the £12 million contract. The Contract Director will be responsible for delivering contractual agreements and surpassing the clients expectations through innovative and exciting ideas.
Team management and development will play a huge part in this role. Whilst there is an established team in place, training and people development will be an area you have experience in and excel.
Ideal Contract Director:
* Management experience within soft FM with a focus on cleaning and catering.
* Track record of exceeding client expectations.
* Financial understanding and P&L management along with experience developing budgets.
* Experience in team and people development.
* Excellent client relationship skills.
* Proven experience developing and implementing strategies to improve customer experience.
