About the Role:
As a social worker in our well-established safeguarding team, you will:
Provide Support: Offer high-quality services to individuals at risk of abuse or neglect, ensuring their safety and well-being.
Advocate for Rights: Uphold a strong rights-based approach, advocating for the rights and dignity of those you support.
Collaborate: Work collaboratively with the team and other stakeholders to enhance our safeguarding practices.
About You:
Passion for Social Work: You are passionate about the role and value that social work brings to safeguarding adults.
Commitment to Best Practices: You may not have worked in a safeguarding adults team before, but you are committed to best practices and the principles of Making Safeguarding Personal.
Transferable Skills: You recognize that skills and experience are transferable and are eager to bring your expertise to our team.
