* Providing advice on product safety matters to projectand engineering managers delivering the programmes and ensuring thesafety considerations are correctly considered andimplemented
Engaging with third parties, toreview and gather supporting safety caseevidence Developing safety arguments,both physical and functional, using appropriate safety analysismethods, producing and updating safety case and safety managementdocumentation using appropriate regulations andstandards Line managing other safetypractitioners

* Safety engineering processes, practices andtools
Clear understanding of safetyengineering & assuranceprincipals Experience and qualifiedengineers from other disciplines who display the correct behavioursand have an understanding of safety engineering, will actively beconsidered for this role

The Combat Systems SafetyTeam:
Working closely with severalengineers and technical specialists on both In-Service and In-BuildCombat Systems, you will have the opportunity to work on developingsafety arguments. This will include developing an understanding ofnew technologies and sensor systems used to support the safetyarguments. We welcome people with experience of the military,defence and maritime industries, who can use their knowledge andlearning to help us ensure that we provide the best products intosubmarines. We offer relocation support packages across allSubmarine roles, subject to meeting eligibility criteria.
