About the role: The Managing Consultants purpose is to drive the growth of revenue and enhance team performance by leading a team of recruitment consultants. The Managing Consultant will be responsible for setting and achieving personal and team billing targets, developing and implementing strategic plans to expand the client base, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality recruitment services. This role involves coaching and mentoring team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture, and maintaining strong relationships with clients to secure repeat business and referrals. Responsibilities: Leadership: lead, develop and growth of a high-performance team Training: train, develop and mentor line reports to build skills, capabilities and performance Achievement of departmental objectives: set and executive strategic growth objectives aligned to Winsearch and Proman UK vision. Values & Office Standards: work to develop a positive, collaborate culture aligned to values Business development strategy; develop and executive a business development strategy within team and across line reports to provide sufficient vacancy pipeline to meet growth plans. About you: Previous experience within a People Management position is essential We are looking for an individual with drive and ambition for success and to exceed targets Previous experience working within the recruitment sector is essential Strong attention to detail, organisational and communication skills are a must.
