Express Recruitment are excited to be continuing their partnership with one of Nottingham’s most reputable property management companies, who, due to continuous expansion, are looking to recruit an Administrator to their team.
The successful candidate will hold a passion for customer service with a good eye for detail, along with previous office administration experience. In return, you can expect to receive a salary of up to c£27,000.
Roles and Responsibilities
* Liaise with external maintenance staff and clients to discuss works and urgent fixes needed for the properties
* Create detailed property adverts with descriptions given from clients and Property Managers
* Provide a meet and greet service for clients on entry to the office
* Respond to phone and email enquiries promptly and accurately
* Complete other general administrative tasks
Skills and Experience
* Previous administration experience required
* Previous experience within the property sector highly desirable
* Polite and professional telephone manner
* Strong attention to detail
* Able to work with own initiative
