Full time Receptionist: SJC Partners are working on behalf of a highly reputable, multi service law firm who are looking for a receptionist to join them at our Northampton office. The successful candidate would be responsible for greeting clients and visitors to our office, contacting fee earners and secretaries regarding visitors/queries, answering phones and taking messages, and sorting and distributing incoming and outgoing mail together with other duties as allocated by management. To be successful in this role, the candidate will need to have excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as competency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel.
