Annual Salary: £23,114 - £27,334 + Excellent benefits)
Contract: Permanent, 40 hours per week, term-time only
As a Pastoral Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in addressing the emotional needs of our young people. Many of them face challenging and complex emotional and behavioral difficulties, including Autistic Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) issues. They require additional support compared to most peers. You will ensure they receive the necessary support by upholding high standards of care. This involves working closely with families and developing tailored programs for each individual young person. Through careful assessment and planning, you will help create a positive learning environment where every young person can flourish.

A good listener who excels at motivating and working within a team, you inspire young people to succeed. Your flexibility and strong organizational skills will make you a valuable asset to the Witherslack Group.
